   These are some of the things among countless activities that Vigan City has to offer on its most special day and that is on Vigan City's Fiesta which is being celebrated during the 25 th day of January. On this special day, thousands of Biguenos even those from overseas and other visitors coming from nearby towns, provinces and countries take part of the celebration the feast day of the conversion of St. Paul the Apostle which is Vigan City’s patron saint. In the streets of Vigan you cannot deny the number of people who are delighted by the different cultural shows and competitions that are  taking place... shows which really exhibit the treasured traditions, cultures and beliefs of the Biguenos and Ilocanos. This is the time of the year wherein Vigan proudly shows her beauty and wealth in terms of its history and unique story. A day in which this centennial treasure is telling and sharing its story not only in the country but across the world.
